Conky du Hublot (sample_6) by LaGaDesk Conky du Hublot (sample_6) by LaGaDesk
simple conky / lua

Very important: download and install fonts from here [link] and here [link] otherwise it looks really ugly ;)

And it looks not good on all especially too light wallpapers... I suggest walls like in the screenshot. ;)

No support for conky samples / You have to know yourself what you are doing!

Credits and thanks to: `OtisBee for inspiration with this masterpiece: ThaPorthole Dull

and ~nale12 for this excellent work of art: Colors_conky

Thanks to all who have ever developed and improved conky and lua!

Ahhh.. sorry now I see what you mean! After changing wallpaper it takes a few seconds and this frame should no longer visible. Streched wallpapers keep this frame. Better you use wallpapers in resolution of your display.

This worked for me:
${exec feh --bg-scale /home/atlanta/wallpaper.png}
I also changed:
alignment tm
gap_x 30
gap_y 160

Why the hight of frame below clocks is so big? I tried to lower the value of minimum_size but it cuts the clock from the right side. I also tried setting maximum_size height 200 but it doesn't help. It covers my photo frame widgets so I want to make it smaller.
I read man conky but I can't figure it out.

Hm.. whatever you've changed. I'm not sure why it does not work. :?
What distro, conky version and graphic driver do you use?
Maybe there is a problem. Package feh seems to be installed?

alignment is only for the place where it starts.
You could make a screenshot of complete message output in konsole of your conky please.

Conky: window type - override

Conky: drawing to double buffer

Do you use conky-all or just conky?

Yes... It's not a problem of version. :)

Look there is some unwanted element which makes the frame. It is spining around.

Okay .. I understand. I'm also using Kubuntu.

1. conky - every line break is a change in size. I do not know how I can change that. :(

2. it is an annoying fact that plasmoids are displayed behind the conky and not before.
Also I can not change, unfortunately. :(
