Hmmm.. I'm not sure how to explain you how it works.
But I'm sure you find the right adjustments my friend.
I do not use KDE at home currently. Here is only GNOME.
So I can't look in my settings now.

Nice indeed.... the wall is "Flying" though : [link] I'm not sure, but that tint is, I think, not in the "colors" set ;)
If KDE is buggy, why not use Gnome ? As all I see here can be done with it, and even with xfce ;)
I definitely love your conky settings :woohoo:

I'm not sure if KDE is buggy but Kubuntu is buggy! In Chakra there a re other problems with KDE. I'm using GNOME but I search for a DE for the future und this will not be GNOME. :lol:
