is that sunken area made with a big-ass panel that has a huge border-image
and no strut? anyways, looks very good :)

You mean this area for the 100 meter orb panels on the right side?
No, it's part of my wallpaper. hehe
I've tried to make such a panel but the shadow is on the wrong side. :lol:
And you know, I'm wasting space wherever I can for a good look...
but this would be to much wasted space.

Many thanks Robert! :)

aaah, "the old wallpaper ploy!" ...tssk tssk, not
very portable ;-) Shadow is on wrong side?! shadow should
be on whatever side you put it. ....it would be no wasted
space at all if the panel wouldn't strut. :)

Okay, a shadow is ever on outside of segments. If I wanted to have this effect, the wallpaper would be the whole panel. :lol:

I've tested all layers and it's not possible to use fullsize windows over an unhidden panel. You have any ideas?

if the panel doesn't strut... then sure,
the window will be over that panel.

I can move all windows over panels. Only full size windows does not work.
What you mean with "strut"? :shrug:

full size == Maximised????

if so, YES, I can even fkn prove it to
you with a video! ;-)

from the be.shell wiki:
"Struts (boolean:true)
Whether the panel shrinks the space available to other windows"

Looks like somebody's been flying blind ignoring the
wiki eh? ;-)

example:
[MegaHugePanelWithSuperCoolShadow]
ARGB=true
Layer=0
Struts=false

should set needed stuff up correctly.....
....sometimes re-loading config doesn't
seem to update all the configs so a shell re-start
might be needed if you don't notice any difference.

AAaaaarrrrrggggh... I'm reading daily in the wiki but haven't read this before.
Okay, I'm the biggest idiot out there. Thanks so much Robert! :)

Now I can make the MegaHugePanelWithSuperCoolShadow... for the shadow I'm not sure.
Maybe I need 3 or 4 of these panels to replace my current wall. :lol:
It does not matter whether there are 15 or 20 panels.
